We are made up of a team of experienced and FPAB MOH (Singapore) accredited Family Physicians who are keen to provide affordable, accessible, holistic and quality medical healthcare to the community.

 

By constantly upgrading ourselves with the latest medical developments and sciences, we aim to be your trusted Family Physicians as we strive towards forging a healthier you.

With more than a decade of clinical practice and experience each, and equipped with post graduate certifications, we are confident with the clinical management of all acute and chronic medical conditions ranging from infants to the elderly. Through proper evidence based medical approach, we aim to provide the most appropriate and individualised medical care to all our patients.

Dr Wong Wooi Seng

Dr Wong graduated from National University of Malaysia in 2009, and served as a Medical Officer in Malaysia for 3 years before coming to work in Singapore. Here, he went through multiple clinical rotations in various medical and surgical sub-specialties, gaining valuable experience in institutions such as Tan Tock Seng Hospital and Changi General Hospital.

 

He subsequently left the government healthcare system, and moved on to join a private medical group where he continued to hone his clinical acumen in primary healthcare, and has been conferred the title of a Family Physician by the Family Physician Accreditation Board (FPAB Singapore) after obtaining his Postgraduate Diploma in Family Medicine (GDFM).

His areas of interest include acute and chronic disease management, minor surgical procedures, preventive medicine and musculo-skeletal diseases.

 

He firmly believes that public healthcare is the core foundation of all medical sub-specialty practice, and that Family Medicine is the best way to be in touch with the community.

Dr Adib graduated from the National University of Singapore Faculty of Medicine in 2007, and worked in the public healthcare system for a few years in various hospital-based and polyclinic rotations under both National Healthcare Group and SingHealth. He also served his National Service at the Pulau Tekong Medical Centre in BMTC as a Medical Officer. He was subsequently accredited as a Family Physician in 2012 by the Family Physician Accreditation Board (FPAB Singapore) after sitting for his postgraduate examination. 

 

In 2015, he took the plunge to experience working in a different environment. This adventure took him far south to beautiful New Zealand. Stints in both the North and South Islands exposed him to various medical and surgical conditions, both acute and chronic, in the rural areas as well as in the city. Naturally, he took the opportunity to see the breathtaking natural landscape that the country has to offer and experience the warm hospitality of the kiwi whanau before returning home. 

 

A keen interest in Sports Medicine also got him involved in various sports event covers including S-League matches, Youth Olympic Games and SEA games, and he went on to obtain the Graduate Diploma in Sports Medicine from LKC Medicine NTU. Other areas of interest would include chronic disease management, minor procedures and musculoskeletal conditions. 

 

He believes in lifelong learning and in patient education, which will empower patients to take responsibility for their own health for the best outcomes. In his free time he plays as much football as he still can, and keeps active in the gym, running and occasionally tennis.

Dr Endrina Salazar graduated from Queen’s University of Belfast in 2005, and has been accredited by the Family Physician Accreditation Board (FPAB Singapore) to be a Family Physician in Singapore since 2013. She completed her various hospital-based postings, ranging from Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, Obstetric and Gynaecology, Adult and Paediatric Emergency, Neonatology, Ear Nose and Throat, Orthopaedics, as well as polyclinic rotations before she left for private practice in 2013. Armed with more than 10 years’ experience in general practice, she hopes to provide her patients with up to date clinical treatments and continued evidence based management.


She has special interests in both Paediatric Medicine and Gynaecology. Overall, she finds Family Medicine her calling, and is extremely humbled by the chance to care for her patients through different stages of their life.

 

She is fluent in many languages such as English, Mandarin, Malay, Hakka and Cantonese. Outside of her working hours, she enjoys spending time with her 2 daughters who are constant sources of joy and challenges.

Dr Wu Yingjie
Family Physician

Dr Wu graduated from the National University of Singapore Faculty of Medicine in 2007, and had been exposed to various sub-specialities throughout his career.  His clinical rotations included Internal Medicine, General Surgery and Orthopaedics, where he gained the clinical knowledge to manage various common acute and chronic medical and surgical conditions.

Upon completion of his National Service, he sat for his postgraduate surgical examinations in 2010, and was conferred as a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons (Ireland). He subsequently continued with his surgical rotations, successfully completed his Basic Surgical Training, and worked as a Surgical Registrar under the JCST Advanced Specialist Training Programme in Tan Tock Seng Hospital for 2 years. After leaving the public institution, his continued passion towards primary healthcare paved the way for him to be conferred the title of Family Physician by the Family Physician Accreditation Board (FPAB Singapore).

 

Prior to joining the management team at Kindred, he was in charge of various clinical administrative duties and roles at a family practice located in Singapore. Over the years, he has gained both interests, and experience, in administrative and operational management. He firmly believes that healthcare administration, and the art of streamlining workflow processes in institutions, is key to building an efficient and robust healthcare system. Given his experience, we believe that he would bring more value add to our budding group practice. 

Outside of his working hours, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, and cafe hopping in the search for nice coffee.

Dr Elaine graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2013. Prior to joining the private sector, she spent 6 years in Singapore's public healthcare sector, gaining exposure across disciplines such as internal medicine, general surgery, paediatrics, anaesthesia and pain management, and various intensive care units. Her time spent across these disciplines allowed her close interaction with the young, and to also appreciate the importance of preventive medicine and chronic disease management for the general population. In her pursuit to further her knowledge and to keep up to date with the clinical knowledge required in primary care, she pursued a Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine.

 

She firmly believes that preventive and holistic care is important and aims to be a family doctor that is approachable and accessible to all. Her areas of interest include chronic disease management, health screening, and minor surgical procedures. 

 

Outside of work, she is a mother of 2, and loves a variety of sports including running, indoor cycling, high intensity interval training, and yoga.
